Atlético Santa Rosa believes in a “No Player Left Behind” philosophy, which means that all players are encouraged to participate in a team regardless of skill level, economic condition, age, and physical size. ASR does not conduct "try outs" for player selection nor is any player turned down from participating in our club. Rather ASR believes that every player is an important element of our club and society

deserves full attention and equal opportunities to develop soccer skills
in a safe and friendly environment.

· To offer all members a quality uniform and gear at an affordable cost
· To provide high level coaching to cultivate and develop local talent through the most advanced, complete, and diverse technical and tactical training program combined with game competition at the premier level.
· To staff Atlético Santa Rosa's coaching department with the best, qualified, and most passionate soccer coaches from the area.
· To gain unconditional support and participation from our parents, alumni, and communities.
· To partner with other soccer organizations and non-soccer organizations that can help us reach and achieve our vision.
· To develop, improve, and maintain our facilities and equipment in a proper functionality.
· To improve our web based communication and messaging.
· To be financially self sufficient and support our community.
