Show up for practice with your shorts and shirt, if not the 30 min. of running.

No cussing or verbal abuse amongst each other, you are a team.

• first time = out of practice
• second time= one week out of practice
• third time= off the team

If for some reason you don’t show up to practice, you will not play, unless you notify the coach in time (707)327-8348.

If for some reason you are late for practice, you will run for 45 min. unless you notify the coach.

For tournaments and games, you need to show up with your Atletico Polo Jersey and your black shorts. 

Starting this year, if you do not pay by the 10th of each month you will need to collect your player card from Mesias.
